House Rules
Arrival & Payment
Final payment due 30 days before arrival. Fees: R1,500 cleaning + R3,000 breakages deposit. Late check-in after 18:00: R250.
R250/day electricity included; excess charged to guests.
Occupancy & Guests
Max 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
2 extra guests on pull-out beds possible by prior arrangement (R500 pp/night).
Children welcome, but the house is not child-proof. Supervise at all times. Bring a camp cot; high chair on request.
Pets allowed only with prior approval (max 2).
House Rules
No smoking indoors; use ashtrays outside.
No parties, events, or loud noise after 22:00.
Quiet residential area—please respect neighbours.
Self-catering: provide your own consumables.
Linen, bath & swimming towels provided (do not swap).
Housekeeping optional, extra charge; surcharge for late check-out or mess.
Safety
Pool and stairs are not child-proof—supervise children.
Safe swimming beach nearby (5–10 min drive).
Pet Rules
No dogs on beds/furniture; clean up after pets.
Guests are responsible for their pets. Bring bedding, blankets, and bowls.
General
Property not wheelchair accessible.
Gas stove and rechargeable lights available; geysers, oven, jacuzzi require electricity.
