House Rules
A caretaker stays on the property with his wife, in a separate area from the house. They are on hand to let guests in when they arrive, and to handle any other issues that arise.
The house is serviced once a week for longer stay guests, and extra housework, such as washing dishes, can be arranged with the caretaker's wife.
