Description
San Lameer Villa 3407 is a comfortably furnished cottage for up to 8 people, and is situated on a quiet section of the San Lameer Golf Estate close to the riverside.
The unit has a portable 1.5Kw inverter for the most essential items during load-shedding as well as a couple of emergency lights. Furthermore, a one-plate gas cooker should alleviate some of the pain during load-shedding. There is a backup water tank.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms that share the use of 3 bathrooms. Three of the rooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the fourth room as 2 single beds. For convenience, all linen and towels are provided.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, tea-and-coffee-making facilities, as well as an 8-seater dining table. A washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher are also included. The lounge is equipped with a TV with selective DStv channels, and the living area opens onto a patio with braai facilities. The unit also has WIFI.
The estate offers guests access to a communal swimming pool, tennis courts, restaurants, as well as a spa, and is just a short distance from the beach.
