Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please note that no parties or events are permitted under any circumstances. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to leave.
The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests (6 adults and 4 children), including children.
No pets are allowed unless prior approval is obtained from the owner. If an exception is granted, an additional cleaning fee will apply and be charged separately.
For groups of more than 6 guests, extra sleeping arrangements include a bunk bed, a single bed, and a trundle bed suitable for children under four.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels. All linen and pillows are provided.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Guests are kindly requested to contact the host at least 2 days prior to arrival to arrange key collection and to confirm arrival and departure times.
Please also note that the following standard fees apply:
A refundable breakage deposit.
A once-off cleaning fee.
