House Rules
No Parties or Events
Please note that parties or events are strictly not permitted under any circumstances. Failure to comply will result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately.
Maximum Occupancy
The property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests, including children (a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children).
No Pets Policy
No pets are allowed on the property. Please note that there are two resident cats on the premises.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit is required before arrival. Payment must be made directly to the owner on or before your arrival date.
Sleeping Arrangements
For groups exceeding 6 guests, additional sleeping arrangements include a bunk bed, a single bed, and a trundle bed (suitable for children under 4 years old).
Linen & Towels
All bed linen and pillows are provided. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own beach towels.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Check-In Arrangements
Guests are required to contact the host at least 2 days before arrival to arrange key collection and confirm arrival and departure times.
