Please note that the balance is due in advance or on arrival (not on check out). We do not refund if you leave prior to your departure date due to weather or any personal circumstances.

On check-in, my ID/passport must be shown & credit card details supplied as security for any damages, breakages or lost key. Alternatively, a R 1000 deposit is required. This will be refunded after inspection of the apartment, within 24 hours. Please note that for December/January reservations, balance is due 21 days prior to arrival. Please check your insurance covers you for cancellations if necessary.
All check-ins are at the guest house in 28 Albertyn Street. Check in is from 2:00.
