"Lovely getaway from the usual hustle and bustle. Be sure to visit the Jolly Olive for a cold one and enjoy the beautiful view from their patio. Allesverloren rocked with a live band called Millenium as well as delicious plated food on Saturday evening. Be sure to stop at Eight Feet Village on the Bothmaskloof Pass for a yummy pizza also with exquisite views of the Riebeek Valley. Another hidden gem was Meerhof wine farm - lovely for a wine tasting and lunch with stunning views and great atmosphere. On your way home, stop at the airy and spacious family owned Nuweplaas Shop Eat Play - a well-stocked gift shop and boerekos restaurant where you can feed the farm animals and kids can enjoy the play area."
