House Rules
Maximum 5 guests in the unit.
Guests are to bring their own towels and toiletries.
No smoking in the unit.
No pets allowed.
No parties/loud music in the unit.
Breakages or damage to the property will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement cost of the item.
Guests are to comply with the conduct rules of the complex at all times. Breaches of rules resulting in fines will be for the guests account.
