House Rules
For security and verification purposes, all guests are required to present a valid form of identification or passport at check-in.
All properties operate under a strict non-smoking policy. Tenants accept full responsibility for any minors and visitors accompanying them during their stay.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted on the premises.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in. The amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the discretion of the owner or management.
Guests are advised that, in the interest of sustainability and guest comfort, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows for a reasonable daily consumption. In rare instances of excessive usage, reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
