Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R100 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance must be settled in full prior to arrival. Cash is accepted, and card facilities are available on site.

Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Should guests wish to check in outside of the indicated times, arrangements must be made at least 12 hours prior to arrival.

All units are strictly non-smoking. Guests are kindly requested to smoke outside and make use of the provided ashtrays. Upon departure, guests are expected to leave the unit in the same condition as upon arrival. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance. A breakage fee of R100.00 is required upon check-in and will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to inspection.

All vehicles are parked at the guest’s own risk. The owners of Cammy’s Guesthouse will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property. Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests will be held liable for any damage that is not reported.

Guest safety is a top priority. The front metal gate at the entrance of the property must remain closed and locked at all times. Guests are required to close all windows and lock all doors when leaving the unit. Unauthorized persons or visitors are not permitted on the premises.

Braai facilities are available for paying guests only. Braai wood can be supplied by arrangement. Guests are requested to leave the entertainment area in the same condition as they found it.

The swimming pool is for guest use only. Proper swimming attire must be worn, and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass, food, or drinks are permitted in the pool area. Guests under the influence of alcohol or narcotics will not be permitted in the pool area.
