Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
No parties allowed.
The pool and braai area is currently not accessible to guests.
Cleaning is done once per week.
Clearwater Self-Catering Apartments is an establishment suitable for families, holidaymakers, and business travellers. We are governed by good family values and principles, so we request all our guests to respect them by behaving accordingly. Criminal activities are not allowed.
We reserve the right to terminate a booking if a guest does not respect our terms and conditions.
