Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable breakage deposit is required and must be paid before arrival by EFT. Details regarding payment will be provided after confirmation. The deposit will be refunded, less any deductions for damages, within seven days of the stay via EFT to any South African bank account.
The property is accessed via a 200 m gravel road, which is suitable for all vehicles.
Well-behaved children are welcome.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement.
The villa is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood where neighbours value the tranquil nature of the area. The villa is not a party venue, and large gatherings or loud noise are not permitted.
