Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Small pets are allowed by prior arrangements. Please note that not all apartments are pet-friendly so guests will need to enquire about this. There is a pet fee of R50 per pet per day.
No additional guests are allowed, however, visitors are allowed by prior arrangement. Any additional visitors spending the night will incur extra charges.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited.
Firearms are not allowed on the premises without prior arrangement.
Drugs and illegal substances will not be permitted on the premises.
Excessive noise and loud music will not be tolerated.
Guests are asked to park their car correctly in the allocated parking bay.
Littering is not allowed, and guests will need to use the bins provided.
Excessive electricity and water usage will be billed to the guest.
Basic cleaning products and selected toiletries are supplied. Personal toiletries are NOT included.
Guests are asked to bring along their own swimming towels
Laundry services are available for small amounts of washing at a minimal fee.
