Amazing!

My girlfriend and I had a great stay at Kothuis Frangipani! Hands down the best place we stayed at. The host was exceptional and the place was well-equipped and clean. If you're looking to escape the city, this is the ideal place.

Kothuis Frangipani is 'n juweel in die middel van McGregor. Die natuurlike swempoel bied wonderlike verligting na 'n warm dag. 'n vriendelike, uitstekende gasvrou wat uit haar pad gaan om na haar gaste om te sien. Ons sal graag weer daar wil oorbly.

Me and my wife had an amazing time. I'll definitely go again. The people of McGregor are also very welcoming. 10/10.

Where do I even begin with a review for Kothuis Frangipani?! My girlfriend and I have been to many places but we both agree that Kothuis Frangipani is hands down the best. The accommodation is clean, safe and, more importantly, so cozy. We highly recommend this place as it has become, without a doubt, our favorite holiday accommodation. Our host was nothing short of amazing. Even though we never met her in person, as she was away, that did not deter her from making us feel welcome via messages. We were allowed to message her without feeling as though we were imposing, and she answered our questions as thoroughly as possible. We will definitely be back and will be recommending Kothuis Frangipani to our friends and family. Thank you!

Wonderful time.

We had a great stay, the host was wonderful. Only suggestion is to have extra pillows available for use, and also a small microwave in the kitchen would be great.

The cottage is beautiful and the host and her family were more than accommodating! They are such lovely people and went above and beyond. I would love to stay in this beautiful cottage again.

Baie behulpsaam.

Ek het die verblyf vir iemand anders geboek, maar hulle het baie lekker gekuier. Dit was my swaer en sy vrou, hulle het 'n 24-maande baba saamgevat. Mienke was baie vriendelik, en behulpsaam met die voorstel om die swembad vir hul gemoedsrus toe te maak. Baie dankie!

What a great stay at Kothuis Frangipani! Mienke was an exceptional host and the place was well-equipped and clean. Everything you need to have a comfortable and memorable stay in McGregor. Would highly recommend it.

A very comfortable stay with a genial host.

The cottage is ideal for 2 people, with everything you need. Ok, there was no microwave, but we managed very well. Meinke went out of her way to make sure that everything was ok, even to the extent of keeping in contact with us whilst she was out of town with her family. A very pleasant stay all round and a repeat visit is planned for the future.

The cottage is comfortable with everything you need. The owners bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

We have one suggestion and that is to include some large serving spoons with the kitchen utensils. They are pet friendly and our labrador had an absolute ball. The garden is enclosed and very safe for pets.

Great find.

The location couldn't be better, literally across the road from restaurant 51 and so close to everything else too. Lovely and private with beautiful garden. Fully fenced, so no worries about the pooch. Would definitely love to stay at Kothuis Frangipani again.

Rus vir die siel.

Ons het so lekker gebly in McGregor en Mienke (gasvrou) is baie oulik en vriendelik en behulpsaam. Die kothuis is goed toegerus met al die basiese items wat jy nodig het. Ons was daar met 'n 14 maande oue baba, asook 'n hond en ons het dit baie geniet. Ons kon heerlik afskakel en net ontspan. Die dorpie is baie oulik, kon lekker orals stap en verken. Ek sal beslis weer in Frangipani kom ontlaai. Baie dankie Mienke en Wim.

Lieflike kothuis in rustige McGregor, baie goed geleë.

Die kothuis is baie mooi ingerig en in 'n ideale posisie in McGregor. Die gashere, Mienke en Wim, doen baie moeite en kommunikeer baie goed. Mienke het baie moeite gedoen om ons alles van die uitstekende plaaslike restaurante te laat weet. Selfs toe daar 'n probleem met die warmwatervoorsiening by die kothuis was (nie hulle skuld), het hulle berge versit om ons gou-gou reg te sien. Ons naweek in McGregor was heerlik en baie rustig - ons hoop om hulle gou weer te kan besoek!

Was baie lekker. Het heerlik ontspan en die dorp verken.

Is baie hartlik ontvang. Die kothuis is smaakvol ingerig en baie netjies en skoon. Die swembad is 'n heerlike ekstra bederf. Pragtige plek vir 'n rustige naweek se ontspan.

Wonderlike rustige atmosfeer met besonderse vriendelike gasvrou.

Ek en my 2 honde het heerlik gerus, die kothuis is baie goed ingerig en ons het niks benodig nie. Ons sal verseker weer gaan!

Amazing house and amazing hosts.

What an amazing place to spend a few quiet days at and be able to catch up on some well-needed rest at the end of 2022. Will be back.
