Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We understand how important it is to have the amenities you were expecting, and we apologize for falling short in providing them.
Regarding the geyser, we apologize for not having it turned on prior to your arrival, which resulted in a lack of hot water for your bath. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will ensure that housekeeping pays closer attention to this detail in the future to prevent such issues.
We also apologize for the Wi-Fi not working during your stay. We understand that having a reliable internet connection is essential, especially when it was one of the factors that influenced your choice of booking with us but unfortunately lightning struck a cable and that particular section within the resort had no Wi-Fi at all. I can confirm that this issue has been resolved.
