The estate has security cameras, and a security guard patrols the area from 19:00 to 07:00. The cottage has its own alarm system and private security service. Pets are not permitted.

Keys must be collected before arrival, with directions provided once the booking is confirmed and a refundable breakage, etc., deposit is paid directly to the owners.

Unfortunately, no students or matriculants are allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday home cottage. Smoking fine of R500.

Strictly no pets allowed.

Please note that if there are more than 4 people found occupying our cottage, you will be asked to leave immediately.

Subletting is not allowed. Our cottage will be booked by and only the guest who will be occupying our cottage.

Late exit fee will result in the forfeiture of the refundable breakage fee.

If cleaning is needed, only our agent's cleaning staff are allowed in our cottage, and no other cleaners are allowed.

Last-minute bookings, the total amount is to be paid 2 full days before arrival with the refundable key and breakage deposit, for public holidays, weekends, long weekends and longer stays.

Key break/damage/contravention of complex and house rules eg No Smoking fine of R500- is paid with the outstanding balance of a confirmed booking directly to the owners. The refundable breakage deposit will be refunded within 30 days of exiting our cottage. A 2% handling fee on the total rental amount for cancellations.

Please park in the specific parking bay assigned to the cottage.
No tents or fireworks are allowed on the property or on the beach.
Only day visitors will be allowed.
Refuse to be placed in black or green dust bags.

For all booked and confirmed guests, please note that additional charges will be deducted if more guests than booked are found utilising the premises. An extra cleaning fee could also be deducted if the cottage is left with excessively dirty dishes, linen or any other items in an unsatisfactory state.

Unruly behaviour or noise from people, vehicles, radios, TV and musical instruments will not be tolerated. There are relative fines for the above from the Home Owners Association, which will be charged to your account.
Please do not move the furniture at all, and please do not take anything from the property.
Swimming in the pool or in the ocean is at your own risk.
