House Rules
Please note that Plattekloof Premium Lodge will be closed on 25 December and 1 January. No services — including breakfast, reception, and housekeeping — will be available on these dates.
There are no housekeeping services on Sundays.
Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 19:00.
Late check-ins must be arranged before your arrival date. Unscheduled late arrivals will incur a penalty fee per hour, payable upon arrival.
For your convenience, please inquire about our hassle-free self-check-in procedure if you expect to arrive outside of reception hours.
Late check-outs are not permitted and will be charged at R90.00 for every 30 minutes beyond the check-out time.
In the event of a premature departure, the full amount of the original booking will still be charged.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms. A special cleaning fee will be charged for non-compliance.
While we do our best to accommodate room preferences and special requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum after 20:00.
A fee will be charged for lost or damaged key sets due to the associated security risk.
Breakfast Service:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 08:30.
Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 – 10:00.
