House Rules
- No animals are allowed.
- Please treat our units and interior with respect.
- Check-in only from 14:00 and Check-out before 10:00 am.
- No smoking is allowed inside.
- No parties are allowed.
- Please don't leave any dirty dishes behind.
- Please leave the cottage in the way it was found at Check-in.
- Please don't move any furniture around.
- Please don't set up or close up the sleeper couch in the living area. The manager will do that.
- No additional guests that have not been booked and paid for are allowed.
- We provide basic items for your stay, please do not remove them. If you do, you will be charged for it.
- Music must at all times be on a reasonable noise level and no music after 22:00.
- If anything breaks, guests are liable for the replacement cost.
- Please make sure the blinds are drawn closed and that the windows are closed and the alarm is activated before you leave for a day's outing.
- We have the right to evacuate any guest or visitors at any time, without any money paid back for people not obeying the house rules.
We do not accept any responsibility for any damage, theft, injuries, or death to you or your family or visitors during your stay on our premisise for any reason whatsoever.
Guests who arrives with her vehicles will park it outside at there own risk, please don't leave any valuables in the car while its parked and unattended.
