Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.

ID/Passport is required at check-in.
R 195 booking fee will be charged per booking.
Rates are quoted per day.
Advertised rates and minimum stays are seasonal.
Departure Cleaning Fee will be charged per booking.
Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen.
A standard key & breakage deposit is payable before or at check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at the owner’s / management’s discretion
Pets are not allowed.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy allowing a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional charge.
