Beslis nie die moeite werd nie, sal nooit weer gaan nie!

Sal nooit weer daar bly! Die huis val uitmekaar, letterlik. Die bietjie gordyne wat daar is, is geskeer. Die skuifdeure val uit, altwee van hulle. Huis is vuil, maar ons moet betaal vir skoonmaakdienste wat nie gebeur het nie. Mure dop almal af. Water syfer deur die vloer. Gebreekte portrette, maar daar word 'n breakage fee gevra. Riool borrel in straat uit. Geen beligting in stort. Ligte val uit dak uit. Muf orals in badkamers en kombuis. Relings op stoep is los en onveilig. Kombuis counter is los. Oond stink na muf. Boonste skuifdeur word met koerantpapier en bruin sellotape vasgehou. Sitkamerbanke in haglike kondisie. Deure se glas is gekraak. Advertensie se slaap 12, maar daar is nie genoeg beddens nie. Hierdie huis is beslis nie geskik vir enig iemand nie en ek wonder wanneer laas qas in die huis was. Toe ons die eienaar bel toe sê hy daar is absoluut niks fout met die huis nie. Ons het foto's van alles en sal dit graag vir julle stuur.

Little disappointing, but made the best with what we had in beautiful Agulhus.

We made the best of our stay in the beautiful coastal town of Agulhus in this holiday house. The view of the ocean was awesome; however, there are issues that need attention. The house stated a 12 sleeper, but there are only beds for 11. The one bedroom is listed as a double/queen bed and two single beds, but this is not the case. Both rooms only have a double bed and 1 single bed. It was too hot to put a child between 2 parents, so it led to one of the parents taking alternate nights to sleep in the living area on one of the couches, which was extremely uncomfortable. It would probably be fair if the fees for that 12th bed, which was not there, were paid back. There are loose tiles all around, patio doors not working properly, and the patio sliding doors fell out twice. Additionally, there are broken and faulty shower doors, fragile patio rails outside, and limited kitchen utensils. Some additional things such as a toaster and dustpan would be helpful. There is a completely rusted outside braai, but there is a big enough inside braai to make up for this. I did inform the owner and told him we will fix things as we go along just to ensure the safety of the children. We moved the broken tiles with the assistance of the cleaner to the outside area, and men shifted shower doors and patio door rails into place. We made sure no kids were running on the patio area. My 4-year-old stood in front of the patio door in the living area, and it fell down, luckily to the other side and not on top of her. Due to the safety risk of the faulty patio doors, I cannot recommend the house to future guests. I would not recommend leaning on the rails of the outside patio areas either. The overall finish of the house is not very good, but still decent. If you are okay with the above things, however, and you are willing to take precaution as I said above, your stay should be fine.

The weekend was too short. Owner Gavin was really helpful with feedback about the roads. The place is very good and the history of Cape Agulhas is amazing. I need to go back.

Nice location and up the road from all restaurants, shops, spa and fishing.

Still some TLC to be done, but very nice place and value for money. Will go again.

The venue is amazing. I loved the layout, spacious and open, waking up to the waves is priceless, tranquility at its best, would love to go there again.

It was my daughter's 21st and she wanted something intimate. The sea view was priceless and the house is close to the shops and harbour.

Although we were in the heart of winter we enjoyed our stay with a warm fire day and night.

Location is good. House is spacious. Excellent views.

Check in was easy. Lots of rooms so plenty of space for everyone. Neighbors don’t really bother with you so lots of privacy I guess.

Pragtige plekkie net ongelukkig gewees toe ons daar kom. Ons moes ons eers vee en vloere was soos stof gelê het en 1 toilet wat die reuk deurkom as jy dit gebruik het en naby sitkamer waar ons sit en ontspan.

Die verblyf was uitstekend, 'n luilekker naweek en dit is fantasties stil en die kids het dit geniet.

Nice location and neat and clean house. Spacious.

Overall pleasant stay and a friendly host. Spacious house with enough bathrooms to accommodate the amount of people. There are no alarms and safety gates - lack of security (area is safe but something to take note of).

The accommodation did not meet our needs, not for 12 adults, we did not stay the full 3 nights.

The place was not clean outside, no inventory list, many things were broken and unsafe like the patio doors falling off the rails. Braai facility very disappointing, Kitchen cupboards broken. Owner kept on asking about deposit? I had the deposit with me as I thought owner would be meeting us. Not sure how that was going to work?
