aha Alpine Heath Resort"Awesome place to visit. Weather cloudy mostly, but you can do your activities if it's not raining. Beautiful."
"We visited the area over the Christmas period and found the people of the area friendly and peaceful. The area were not overly crowded and felt safe. We visited a few beaches in the area and enjoyed them all. Some were swim beaches, others more rocky."
"Umdloti is 'n goeie vakansieplek. Die winkels is ook skoon en netjies. Ek sal net voorstel dat daar meer toesig om die strande en swemareas is en dat die reel i.v.m. alkohol drink op strand en bottels en glasstukke net daar gelos word, meer aangespreek moet word."

Tower of Pizza"Beste plek om weg te kom van die stad af. Ek besoek die Noordelike en Sentrale Drakensberg 'n paar keer elke jaar en word nooit moeg vir die plek nie."

"Umdloti historically has always been a good destination. It is still recovering from the recent floods and overall sewerage pollution which a lot of Durban has had to deal with. Hopefully this is dealt with soon and it returns to what we know it to be. It can be a great destination for a family holiday."

"Die dorp is baie klein, maar ook baie skoon en netjies. Die woonwapark lyk besonders aantreklik en windbeskut met baie groot bome. Dis net agter 'n sandduin van die see af. Ongelukkig is min of geen gastehuise beskore met 'n see-uitsig weens die bos en sandduine nie."
