"The Karoo has its own beauty. Different terrain, dry and vast. We came from the Clan William side and I feel that there should be signage from that direction for the Tankwa Karoo Park. We got horribly lost as the GPS sent us off on a gravel road less travelled and we were too late get into the Tankwa Park once we realised we had gone off route. We had to stay in Calvinia for the night and miss a night in the Tankwa. So some directions from Clan William or Calvinia would help guests coming from the other direction. I hope that this feedback helps."
"Sutherland is a lovely Karoo town. We had a delicious meal at the Blue Moon restaurant. The observatory is closed at present but it will be a highlight again post Covid."
