"I have been here twice before and this place is still amazing and will challenge anyone to visit this place and use this town as a base from where one can explore one of the best sightseeing places in the country. "

"Sabie is a nice town and clean. It is a beautiful part of the country and within day visits there are several activities within nature to enjoy. It has 3 or 4 petrol stations and 4 or more liquor outlets. However, if you need items other than alcohol or fuel and the local Spar doesn't sell it, there is very little options available other than a day trip to Nelspruit/Mbombela. Some of the restaurants in town were disappointing in that items on their menu's were not available."

You can drive to various places and pay small entry/parking fee entry or hike and see stuff for free. And if you are into fly fishing then a day on Sabie River is sure to score a trout or two. Visit Andrew at the local Blue Sky fishing tackle shop and by a day fishing licence or even a rod & reel with a few flies to go."
