"The place grew on us after a while, but be prepared for spending your days reading, playing board games and not much else. There is a lot of seaweed and stagnant pools between the rocks with a more sandy beach further up the road. There is a lot of litter and vagrants drinking on the rocks and beach. We anticipated being able to fish but apparently, no fish have been caught in the past year. We visited 2 quaint restaurants, one of which served the best milkshakes ever, according to my daughter! We did enjoy the roosterkoek and braaied chicken from the lady in the Spar car park."
