Gesin met tieners

Pragtige, goed toegeruste huis in 'n stil en veilige area. Sal beslis weer in die toekoms daar gaan vakansie hou.

Huis is baie goed toegerus. Stapafstand vanaf die strand. Stil area met goeie sekuriteit. Ons het heerlik gerus.

Netjies en gerieflik naby die see.

Ons was 6 volwassenes en het heerlik, gerieflik en gemaklik gekuier! Die huis was pynlik netjies met al die nodige geriewe om 'n gerieflike vakansie te geniet. Daar was selfs kersversierings om ons Kersfees extra spesiaal te maak. Ons sal beslis weer kom kuier.

Great location in Langebaan.

Well located in estate near Calypso Beach. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is pleasant. The owner should provide lights to use during load shedding. There were a lot of candles, but we weren't sure if we could use them, or whether this would be deducted from the hefty deposit. The cutlery provided was substandard and the cups chipped. The owner lives in the house when it is not let out. The house is probably not suitable for small children, because there are a lot of ornaments that might get broken. Although there were some annoying aspects, we had a good stay.

The "hefty deposit" is an insurance for in case guest accidentally cause breakages during their stay. In this instance a part of the Smeg stove in the house was broken and this is to cover exactly that. Obviously, any amount left will be reimbursed to the guest (supplier out of stock). As far as the lights are concerned, if the house was fitted with alternative power supply, this would have been mentioned in the posting. We all know what the current electricity situation in the country is and should travel prepared. Candles are there to use, so if the guests were unsure, they were welcome to contact us. The cutlery provided in stainless steel, part of a set and definitely not substandard. The cups were bought from @Home and unfortunately there was a small chip in one of the cups. We do live in the house but many people living in coastal towns rent their homes out to guests. Prospective guests can look at the photos of the accommodation on the website and decide whether it is suitable for them regardless of whether they have small children or not. Up to we had only complimentary entries in our guest comment book and even had guests returning for subsequent stays.
