The Ibis Lounge"What an amazing town. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We went to see the owl house, did some beer and cheese tasting and enjoyed homemade pizza. This is a great town to use as an overnight stay, on your way to the Garden Route area. Note to new travelers to rather use the second road into the town when travelling from Colesberg. Further to travel, however way better as this a a tar road, the first road is a really bad gravel road - unless you enjoyed the humps and bumps. "

Admiral's Lodge"Ons het net 1 nag oorgebly op pad Kaap toe, maar die strande is mooi skoon en stil aangesien die strande gesluit is. Lekker eetplek met aktiwiteite vir die kinders, baie goeie kliëntediens op die strand is vir seker 'n besoek werd."

Owlhouse Backpackers"Lovely quiet Karoo town. Beautiful route to get there. We found it strange that some of the shops or other places one could visit, close at 17:00 and only open after 08:00. One should think they should focus more on over-night guests - especially in the holiday season. Like all other small towns, it would be great if they could keep the empty yards clean. Realize that it is not in the hands of the residents in many cases, but maybe a plan could be made. The booklet we received on the town is very informative, but we were surprised that the local shop was not indicated on the map. The walking routes indicated on the map were seemingly not available though. Overall, once again, a lovely stay!"
