"Netjiese dorpie. Gerieflike inkopiesentrum in die dorp met al die nodige winkels."
"Baie mooi omgewing, maar dorpie is baie klein en daar is nie baie opsies as dit by uiteet kom nie. "
"The people of the town are very friendly and helpful and hats off to them all for keeping the towns character and history alive."
"We just love the shops and wandering around the town. Mrs Simpsons for a meal is a real treat and definitely worth a visit."
"Baie mooi en rustige plekkie. Het die perde en staproetes (veral die Waterval) baie geniet."
"Definitief asemrowende natuurtonele, watervalle en natuurwonders, iets wat elkeen beslis moet gaan besigtig! Hier vind jy weer jou siel tussen al die rye en rye pragtige plantasies en watervalle."
"Marloth Park is very central holiday area for visits to the Kruger National Park and allows the freedom to move around Mpumalanga unhindered. The services are good and generally the park is neat and tidy. The amazing part is the association one can have from all types of wild animals which freely roam, Kudu, Giraffe, warthog, all types of small antelope and more. It is really a great experience."
"Not all the restaurants are as good as you might accept in South Africa. Jubula was the better option. Van Rooyen good for a beer and a chat. And of course the view over the Crocodile River."
"The street vendors and car guards bothered us. Our take-away from the restaurant was demanded and cash for watching our car was asked for, even though we walked into town from our accommodation. Upon arriving late Friday night, we followed the music into The Poacher Pub & Restaurant where pizza was still served at 21:30. This place had a great vibe and all the latest Afrikaans hits. We enjoyed exploring the shops and quaint restaurants. Pop in to the boarder collie rescue centre near Mrs Simpsons. Here you'll find a sweet lady and most likely one of her collies on the porch. There are second hand books and some interesting artefacts from Dullstroom and surrounds. Be sure not to judge a restaurant by its cover. Walk through to the back of the Old Transvaal Inn, it has a homely look and feel with a friendly hostess. We watched rugby at the Old Transvaal Inn and had springbok pie, which was R90 for a hearty portion and to die for! When the Bokke did not play well, the hostess offered Springbokkies (the liqueur), needless to say we had good fun. "
"Grondpaaie moet beter in stand gehou word vir die gebruik van sedan motors."
