Die mense wat jy ontmoet en dat hulle al die jare daar woon word aanbevelings gemaak waar toeriste die dorp kan verken. Ek het by die vol Theewaterskloofdam gaan sit, altyd van die dam gehoor wat nou vol is, maar 'n uitstekende belewenis om dit met my eie oë te sien. Dan om tuis te kom en jy ruik kos alles skoon en jy voel net tuis. Ek het ook vir 'n vrou gaan kuier op die dorp in 'n ander straat en wat ek daar beleef het was net so positief. Villiersdorp is nou wel 'n bitter oulike dorpie."

Phoenix 3"The dirt road to the lighthouse is not great. Also, bring cash for entry to the lighthouse to spare yourself an unnecessary gravel drive only to turn back. There's a nice beach before reaching the lighthouse entrance though so we spent the day there instead."
