"Please advise on a % refund based on not being informed of construction, no pool, and cleanliness of the resort. This resort is a GEM and i could really really really love it and once the pool is fixed it will definitely be amazing, also a little cleaning goes a long way, we need to up the cleaning in the resort and it has the potential to be top quality. It has so much potential and once these issues are resolved and it is clean and the pool is fixed, I will definitely be back."
