"Ek was verbaas om te sien hoe die dorpie agteruit gegaan het vandat ek 'n paar jaar gelede daar was. Daar is nie meer soveel koffiekuierplekkies nie en amper geen volwaardige antieke winkel nie. Gelukkig stel die wynplase nie teleur nie. Paddagang se tradisionele ete was heerlik, Waverley Hills (op pad na Wolseley) se ontbyt was onverbeterlik, asook hulle wynproe. Ons het wonderlike diens by Twee Jonge Gezellen se Krone en Saronsberg gehad en die beste wynproe aanbieding deur Riaan by Oude Compagnies Post! Montpellier se diens was uiters teleurstellend, ons het lank gewag met net 2 persone wat rondgehardloop het om almal te bedien en die aanbieding van die wyn was onpersoonlik en afgejaag. Alles en alles het die natuurskoon dit die moeite werd gemaak!"
