"Albei geriefswinkels kan dalk meer moeite doen om groter verskeidenheid produkte aan te hou om vakansiegangers te akkommodeer. Ons moes meer as 1 maal uitry Heidelberg toe vir nodige aankope. Sekere restaurante is buite seisoen gesluit of maak reeds vroegmiddag toe. Kon nie gaan aansit vir aandete. Haarsalon was sekere dae gesluit, en het dan net op bestelling kliënte gesien. Help glad nie inloop-kliënte nie, moes weereens uitry Heidelberg toe (wou net was en droogblaas, het my hairdryer by huis vergeet). Die Anchorage Restaurant is 'n ware juweel op die dorp. Was van 9 uur soggens oop tot laataand en bedien voortreflike etes, vanaf ontbyt tot aandete. Kos is heerlik. Eienaars en personeel baie gasvry en vriendelik. Het heerlik daar geëet en ontspan."
